Planning: FPU Concert Choir Banquet

Next Monday I have an event coming up, the Year-End FPU Concert Choir Banquet. I'm super excited about this event, as I'm an alumna of this choir, and still have quite a few friends involved. We're hosting the dinner, so this weekend the husband helped me map the backyard so I could work on layout. Here are just a few of the things I've drummed up so far for the dinner:
